JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JRE (Jr.Relationship Executive)
(Males Preferred below 29 Years)Responsible for attending walk -in clients at Branches.Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewellerys as per company norms.Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving individual & branch targets.Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.Responsible for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CCE
(Females Preferred below 29 Years)Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism.Generate business and leads for new loans from new customers Handle branch walk-ins for business generation.Generate referrals through existing customer base and walk-ins.Meetings with HNI, corporates and institutional clients to promote gold loan proposition.To handle customer requests and complaints and take it to closure.Understand the needs of the customer and cross sell other products accordingly.Generate business and leads for other products like insurance, NCDs, gold coin etc.Enter meetings, leads, conversions(self-sourced and referred leads) in play book/CRM daily Conducting outbound marketing activities to ensure continuous Walk-In the branches.
OB DESCRIPTION as a Intern
(Males Preferred below 29 Years)Responsible for attending walk -in clients at Branches.Ensuring proper Verification of KYC & Documents.Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.Responsible for cross selling of all products (link removed) for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.
For Internship Programme
- We are currently hiring Regular Graduates passed out after 2021 and they will be deployed in branches on a 6 months contract basis as an Intern with Rs 10,000/- Stipend.On successful Completion of 6 months internship they will be evaluated based upon their performance and selected students will be absorbed for the JRE role.
Who Can Apply?Minimum Qualification: - We hire only Regular Graduates. (Excluding B.Tech / MCA)
Annual CTC :- 3,00,000/- to 3,50,000/- ( Monthly Gross Salary ranges between Rs. 18250/- to Rs. 19000/- ) + Incentive + Bonus etc. Candidate's age must be below 29 years
