Marketing Intern/Executive (MBA Fresher / Junior Level Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Intern/Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher or someone with junior-level experience looking to expand their skills in various aspects of marketing, from digital marketing and content creation to market research and campaign execution. You will work closely with senior team members to support marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and contribute to the growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and providing feedback.
Content Creation:
Help in creating content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, website copy, and other marketing materials that align with the brand's voice.
Digital Marketing:
Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media management, paid ads, SEO optimization, email marketing, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics.
Branding & Positioning:
Support the team in maintaining consistent branding and messaging across various marketing channels.
Event Support:
Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Email Campaigns:
Help with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and performance analysis.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers and potential clients on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and promoting engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign data, monitor key metrics, and create reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and product launches.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Fresher or up to 1-2 years of relevant experience).
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools) is a plus.
Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on content creation and design.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience Required:
0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Previous internships or academic projects related to marketing are advantageous but not required.
