Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Sourcing and Procurement
In this role, You will function as a SPOC for procurement operations and collaborate closely with client and internal support teams.
You are encouraged to run operations efficiently, develop a winning strategy, day-to-day supervision of the service delivery function and the implementation of innovative solutions to continually improve the operations and service delivery
Your role will function as an overlay of technical and domain specialists and bring value through focused solution leadership skills.
Responsibilities
.Rolling out Bidding to suppliers. Gathering information through RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's.
.Develop, review, and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for vendors using the Ariba platform.
.Monitor and evaluate RFP responses, ensuring compliance and accuracy in Ariba.
.Responsible to achieve Savings via Negotiations with suppliers.
.Handling Catalog Orders, Drafting SOW, Contracts, pricing templates.
.Finalize supplier selection process as per business requirement, using purchasing matrix and financial modelling and share the inputs with Procurement manager to support decision-making processes.
.Assist in creating contract workspaces, setting up approval of workflows, and managing documents.
.Monitor supplier performance by using supplier scorecard and existing methods/tools as per SOPs to improve Key Performance Indicators.
.Responsible for creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) in line with organizational policies to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
.Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to validate requirements, maintain accuracy in POs, and support smooth procurement operations.
.Manage quality assurance and quality control processes for Purchase Agreement (PA) creation.
.Maintain proficiency in procurement and contract management tools.
.Practical knowledge of the Ariba e-procurement tool is preferable.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.The Speech X score for the candidates should be B1 and above
.Working experience on Procurement Tools
.Exposure to Source to Pay cycle
.Hands-on experience with procurement systems (e.g., ProcureWeb, SAP Ariba, SAP MM).
.Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes, including PR to PO lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Possesses strong communication skills and demonstrates the ability to quickly understand and adapt to process changes
.Exposure to sourcing or procurement operations
.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
