Role Overview
We're hiring freshers to join our development team as Junior Developers. You'll build and maintain real-world e-commerce applications using modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code). This is a hands-on role with mentorship and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features for Magento 2 and WordPress platforms
Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) for efficient development
Set up and manage local development environment using DDEV/Docker
Follow Git workflows: feature branching, pull requests, code reviews
Write clean, secure, and well-documented code
Debug and resolve issues reported by QA or clients
Learn and implement e-commerce integrations (payment gateways, APIs)
Requirements
Required Skills
Education:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA (2024-2026)
Languages:
PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Database:
MySQL (CRUD, JOINs)
Version Control:
Git basics
Communication:
Good English
Good to Have
Magento 2 or WordPress experience
Docker or DDEV knowledge
Linux command line basics
REST API understanding
AI coding tools exposure
