Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and performance optimization under the guidance of senior developers.
Collaborate with team members on requirements analysis, solution design, and code reviews.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Contribute to unit testing and ensure proper documentation of code and development processes.
Support integration with third-party systems, databases, and APIs.
Learn and apply best practices in software development, security, and DevOps.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Java SE (standard edition) and OOP concepts.
Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Desirable:
Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Maven/Gradle.
Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON/XML.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience from academic projects, internships, or personal coding projects.
Soft Skills:
Strong willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
