Position summary:
This internship provides exposure to general accounting, reconciliations, processing invoices, financial Accounting and daily administrative support. You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , Accounting Support and ERP systems while contributing to overall efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in Finance Operations/ Central Finance while working with a high volume fast paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handling
Support month-end closing processes for assigned processes, i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Financial Accounting & reporting.
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as directed.
Input financial data into accounting software.
Assist with invoice processing and payments.
Who we’re looking for:
Commerce Graduate (B. Com, BBM, BBA) etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
Knowledge of ERP Tools, basic knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP).
