Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
Source potential candidates through job portals and online platforms
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Post job openings on portals and social media channels
Collaborate with the HR team to shortlist candidates
Conduct initial background checks and reference verifications
Support general HR and administrative tasks as required
Who Can Apply:

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with resume databases and basic sourcing techniques
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
