THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re building something that will fundamentally change how companies hire — and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that from the inside, not read about it later.
This is a Founder’s Office role. You’ll work directly with the founding team on the problems that matter most right now — product quality, AI systems, and data operations. No layers, no bureaucracy. What you build will ship. What you find will get fixed. What you improve will be used by hundreds of hiring teams.
Responsibilities
• Test the product end-to-end — the AI interview engine, screening agent, evaluation workflows — and find the edge cases before customers do
• Write bug reports so precise that engineers act on them without a single follow-up question
• Help build, clean, and annotate datasets that make our AI smarter
• Evaluate AI-generated interview assessments and push the quality bar higher
• Use AI tools to automate internal workflows — the kind of work that would take a human hours, done in minutes
• Jump into whatever the company needs — product, operations, strategy
Requirements
