Who Can Apply?
Interns
: Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields with a passion for data storytelling.
Freshers
: 0–1 years of experience with academic projects or internship exposure to data analysis.
Experienced Professionals
: 1+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or data roles, with a portfolio or GitHub/Power BI/Tableau profile showcasing analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends and actionable insights
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Translate business problems into analytical solutions through exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation for business decision-making
Use SQL to query and manipulate structured data from relational databases
Assist in building data pipelines and automation for recurring analytics tasks
Communicate findings effectively through visualizations and presentations
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support data-driven strategies
Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and
SQL
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
Python
for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy)
Familiarity with
data visualization
tools like
Power BI
,
Tableau
, or
Matplotlib/Seaborn
Good understanding of
descriptive statistics
, data cleaning, and EDA
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with
Google Analytics
,
TruConversion
, or similar analytics platforms (optional for interns)
Good to Have (Optional)
Experience with data storytelling, dashboarding, and automation scripts
Exposure to
R
,
Looker
, or
Metabase
Familiarity with web/app analytics, conversion funnels, and retention metrics
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and basic ETL pipelines
GitHub portfolio, published reports, or participation in data hackathons
