Eligibility Criteria
Full time MBA - HR
Minimum of 2 Years of recruitment experience post MBA
Preferably from IT recruitment background
Should be ready to work 6 days a week
Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with universities and colleges, managing campus hiring for various programs, and attracting top entry-level talent to meet organizational needs
Campus Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with training and placement team, career development centre of institute, HOD and student organizations.
Design and execution of Pre & Post Offer Student Engagement strategy.
Representing the company at campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
Recruitment Process:
Understanding the hiring requirements from different units and coordinating with the CTAG to get the requirements fulfilled.
