The position in discussion is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, as part of Business Services capability, which is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally.
KGS RPO team has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the RPO team assists member firms in streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for their current and future talent needs. The team’s capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring and candidate outreach, talent mapping & insights.

We are currently seeking a Business Associate at KPMG where you will play a critical role in identifying and sourcing potential high-caliber executive candidates. Leveraging your expertise in thorough research, you will utilize an array of channels, including professional networks, industry databases, and market intelligence.
Your objective is to build a highly qualified candidate pool that precisely matches the specific requirements of the executive role in question. These profiles will be presented to the onshore team for further evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive search, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•Utilize various recruiting sources such as job boards, internal databases, diversity tools, LinkedIn, deep web searches, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates across multiple functions, including audit, tax, advisory and business service groups.•Maintain and update candidate records in the tracking database, ensuring detailed information on candidates, such as contact details, career history, and assessment notes, is current.•Work closely with onshore team to understand client needs, define target profiles, and develop comprehensive search strategies.•Evaluate and prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to meet recruitment deadlines.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 2 years of progressive corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, with a focus on executive recruiting•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university•Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit against job requirements•Proficient in using online databases, professional networks, and research tools to identify and gather candidate information•Independent judgment skills to support a client service and teamwork-driven environment•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project)•Preferred experience with the CRM and ATS databases•Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills•Detail-oriented with strong time management skillsThis role is for you if you have the below

•Bachelors /Masters
Work experience
•2-4 years of experience in relevant domain•Preferred exposure to international work setup

•Experience in job board search and Boolean search techniques•Experience in stakeholder management•Good Excel and data management skills•Attention to detail and Negotiation skills•ATS and CRM knowledgeKey behavioral attributes/requirements•Team player, work planner and a good organizer•Integrity, accountability, decision making•Driving quality results, resilience, customer focused•Effective interpersonal skill and creative thinker•Lead client and internal communication with no/limited handholding
